It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions to permit persons under the legal age to gamble. ckck44 takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage access, including verification of age during the registration process and at withdrawal milestones.
To use ckck44's real-money services, a Player must complete the registration process in full, providing accurate and truthful information including full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Players who provide false information during registration — including misrepresenting their age, identity, or location — are in material breach of this Agreement.
Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered Account on ckck44. Registering or operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different personal details, devices, or payment methods are used. Where ckck44 identifies duplicate Accounts, it reserves the right to close the additional Accounts, void any associated bets or bonus claims, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

Players are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including username and password. Players must not share their login details with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through a Player's Account — including wagers placed, withdrawals initiated, and promotional claims made — is the sole responsibility of the registered Account holder.
If a Player suspects or becomes aware that their Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access to their Account has occurred, they must notify ckck44 support immediately by email at [email protected]. ckck44 will investigate the report and may suspend the Account pending investigation. ckck44 is not liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
ckck44 may at any time request that a Player submit identity verification documents as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. Requested documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. ckck44 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict Account functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting ckck44 support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to pending KYC requirements being satisfied.
ckck44 accepts deposits via the following Supported Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are received and held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile wallet and ৳500 via card. ckck44 does not apply any deposit fee; however, Player's payment providers may impose their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Player must have completed any applicable KYC verification; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must have been met; (c) the withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name; and (d) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the verified Real Money Balance. ckck44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay are typically processed within 30 minutes. Card withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard may take between one (1) and five (5) business days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. ckck44 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply on a per-transaction, daily, or weekly basis and are communicated within the cashier section of the Platform. ckck44 reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at its discretion with reasonable notice to affected Players.
ckck44 may from time to time offer bonuses, reload promotions, free bet credits, cashback awards, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, expiry dates, eligible games, minimum odds, and maximum bet sizes during wagering.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the Player must wager ৳20,000 in qualifying games before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds).
ckck44 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Prohibited bonus-related conduct includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements; using VPNs or proxy connections to access geo-restricted offers; and coordinating bonus use with other Players. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus cancelled and may have their Account suspended.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the offer terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Balance. ckck44 is under no obligation to reinstate expired Bonus Funds.

In the event of any conflict between the rules displayed within a specific game interface and these Terms, the game-level rules supplied by the Game Provider shall take precedence for that game's outcomes.

Sports betting markets on ckck44, including cricket, football, and kabaddi, are settled in accordance with official match results as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for Bangladesh domestic matches, BPL for Bangladesh Premier League fixtures). In cases of result disputes, ckck44's determination based on official sources is final.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed within the game or market interface prior to bet placement. ckck44 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time. Stakes placed that exceed the published maximum will be voided and the excess stake returned to the Player's Balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ckck44 platform. Engaging in any of the following actions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

ckck44's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit ckck44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by ckck44's gross negligence, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
ckck44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ckck44 will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Where the nature of the amendment warrants it, ckck44 may also notify Players via the Platform or by email to the registered contact address.
It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of the current version. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated version of this Agreement constitutes the Player's acceptance of the updated terms. If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Player's use of the ckck44 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ckck44's internal dispute resolution process.
To initiate a dispute, Players must submit a written complaint to [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute, the relevant dates and amounts, and the outcome the Player is seeking. ckck44 will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
ckck44's determination in any dispute regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, or Account actions taken under these Terms is final, subject to the Player's right to escalate unresolved complaints through applicable consumer redress mechanisms.
